4. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. All prices are subject to change. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle all transactions and refunds.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All game content, including graphics, maps, and avatars, are owned by GeoQuest Games. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
GeoQuest is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions caused by using the app. Some regions may not allow this limitation.
7. Termination
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated progress.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of major changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
